Returns Policy

At EasyPicks Brands we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, don't worry. You have 14 days cooling-off period after receiving your order. Let us know within that period that you want to return the product. After that you have another 14 days to actually return it .

We ask you to return the product as complete and in its original condition as possible, including the original packaging and any product stickers. Please note: the product packaging may not be used as a shipping box.

Important when returning:

• Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
• In case of damaged or incomplete returns, we may deduct an amount from the refund, depending on the condition of the product.
• Inside 2 working days you will receive a return label from us by email. You can stick this on the shipping box.

Good to know:

• Is your product defective or under warranty? We will of course resolve this for you quickly and free of charge.
• Warranty cases? Always free.
  

After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount. 14 days back into your account.
